Pre-Vocational (NIOS)
The Pre-Vocational Training class is a critical stage where students begin to develop life skills and work ethics needed for meaningful participation in vocational tasks, group settings, and community life. Emphasis is placed on soft skills like self-motivation, teamwork, and determination, which form the foundation of a productive and responsible individual.
1. Self-Motivation
Objective: To help students develop internal drive and a positive attitude toward work and learning.

2. Working in a Team
Objective: To develop interpersonal skills such as cooperation, turn-taking, sharing responsibilities, and communicating effectively.
At Aai Day Care, our occupational therapists work on:
Art, packaging, or organizing tasks done in pairs or small teams to promote collaboration.
Simulated workplace or social scenarios to practice respectful interaction and problem-solving.
Encouraging students to help each other with simple instructions or shared tasks.
Teaching how to express feelings, listen to others, and resolve misunderstandings peacefully.
3. Determination and Perseverance
Objective: To cultivate a never-give-up attitude by teaching students how to handle challenges and complete tasks despite difficulties.
